As principal and co-Founder of Carma Connected, Lyndsey has a wealth of experience in the lifestyle, entertainment, hospitality and real estate arenas. Prior to moving to Miami, Lyndsey was vice president at Rubenstein PR in New York, where she specialized in rapid-response publicity for highly visible clients such as Halstead Properties, musician and producer Wyclef Jean, and many more. In 2005, Lyndsey relocated to Miami to become public relations director at Ocean Drive Magazine. Lyndsey attended the University of Miami and The Fashion Institute of Technology where she received a degree in Marketing. She resides in Miami with her husband and two children.

Chad Fabrikant is principal and co-founder of Carma Connected, one of the most well respected and established communication firms in South Florida. With over a decade of experience in the public relations and talent management industries in New York, Los Angeles and Miami, Chad has become a market leader and a go-to source for top national and international media. Prior to starting Carma Connected, Chad was associate vice president at Rubenstein PR in New York City, where he oversaw corporate lifestyle accounts. Chad is a graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in Theater Production & Music Business and has an MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University.

Yami Alvarado is a senior vice president at Carma Connected, bringing more than 15 years of experience in public relations, marketing and communications to the team. At Carma Connected, Yami oversees the public relations and media strategies for top-tier clients including 1 Hotel South Beach and Cadillac Hotel and Beach Resort. Yami’s business savvy and relationship building skills are a driving force at Carma Connected. Yami is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida and serves on the board of the Miami Chapter of Special Olympics.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Ashley Jimenez-Gonzalez is a senior vice president at Carma Connected and oversees day-to-day operations including media relations strategies, team management and select culture and lifestyle accounts. Ashley has been part of the Carma Connected family for over seven years and in that time has executed successful campaigns ranging from the launch of The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science in Downtown Miami to special projects including MegaCon Orlando and Tampa Bay. Additionally, Ashley serves as a committee member for the Miami chapter of Friends of St. Jude and co-chair of the Friends of St. Jude Gala.

Jami Baker is vice president at Carma Connected and manages the communications strategy for national restaurant groups, luxury hospitality collectives and mixed-use real estate accounts. Prior to joining Carma in 2016, Jami handled national campaigns, brand positioning and crisis communications for corporate accounts including some of South Florida’s top real estate companies and law firms. A graduate of University of Florida, Jami also serves on the network board committee for the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.

Oriane Gurland is a vice president at Carma Connected. She oversees communications strategy, team management and day-to-day operations for top-tier lifestyle, hospitality, and culinary accounts. Oriane is an industry veteran with editorial, agency, and in-house hospitality experience with luxury brands including Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. She assists clients with creating and amplifying their brand stories through goal-oriented strategies. Oriane received a Bachelors Degree in English and Print Journalism from Florida International University, and resides in Coral Gables with her husband and two children.
